Ester is a qualified and experienced counsellor. She has a foundation degree in humanistic counselling (FdSc) awarded by Greenwich University as well as subsequent training and continued personal development. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and works within its ethical framework.
As well as private practice, Ester has extensive experience within the charity sector, providing affordable counselling to over 18s and free counselling for a rape and sexual abuse service in Portsmouth. She continues to work in the charity sector, working with survivors of domestic violence and abuse.
She is experienced and trained in trauma work, working with LGBTQ+ community and online/remote counselling.
Ester is also experienced in working with individuals with special, additional or specific needs such as speech and language disorder, ADD and autism.
