DESCRIPTION:Hello!\nA new season of my Creative Women’s Group is about to start! I am so excited to dive into these sessions and spend time being creative in community. I have some really lovely things planned for these groups, with each session connecting to the season it falls into.\n~\nThese groups are a beautiful way to come together with other women whilst simultaneously exploring our own creativity. They are relaxed and informal, with only a very loose structure:\nSit in circle, 5 min guided meditation to ground into the space. There is then the option to pull a tarot card or two if you feel drawn to. See what\ncomes up, if anything. Freedom to share if you would like.\nMaking time. This takes up the majority of the session.\nA short closing circle.\n“A wonderful opportunity for connection, reflection and creation! Claudia creates a calm, peaceful and welcoming space to come together for open conversation and art. She’s created something so unique and beautiful. I can’t wait for the next one.” –\nPhoebe\nThe session is held with soft lighting and quiet music in the background. Cushioned floor mats are provided to sit on and herbal teas are available. You are welcome to chat as you make, or simply be in silence – often there is a mix of both. The main thing is that you feel free to come as you are, for nothing is expected of you – this is a space for you to unwind and relax.\nPlease note – Sessions are cheaper when booked in blocks of four.
