Your visit to The Centre
Our aim is to offer a wide range of complementary therapies delivered by experienced and effective practitioners who have been selected for their skill and integrity. All practitioners are insured and members of relevant professional bodies, where appropriate, and undertaking regular continued professional development.
We work together as a team and may liaise with and consult each other, when necessary and with your express consent, to ensure treatment is tailored to your needs.
Cancellation policy
Please note that we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, without good reason, and missed appointments will be charged for at the full rate.
FAQs
The Centre is just off Dragon Street, accessed between Animal Crackers and Kwik Fit. All treatment rooms are ground floor with full access throughout. We also have two parking spaces available for those who need it due to disability, mobility issues (including temporary) and parents of multiple babies. Please ask for further information.
Free parking is available on Dragon Street and Hilton Road. The nearest car park is at M&S (1h only) but both Tesco and Festival Hall have parking for longer periods and are only minutes away.
We have very limited on site parking for those that need it – do ask for further information.
We can accept payment by cheque, cash, card or direct to practitioners. Payment is due on the day of the appointment. We can also take payment by phone.
We offer level access and plenty of space to park your buggy. We have a baby changing table in our larger toilet which also has facilities for chair users.
We have two toilets available for use of clients, one of which is a larger and has facilities for chair users and a baby changing unit.
In general, we ask you not to bring children with you to your appointment. We cannot look after your children and you will be able to get more out of your appointment if you’re not trying to manage them at the same time. We do understand, however, that sometimes life does not go according to plan!
If the appointment is for the child, we are happy for both parents to attend if that is what they’d like. For multiples, do feel free to bring someone to support you, especially if both you and your babies are receiving treatment.
We are happy to provide you with written receipts for you to claim back on any insurance policy you may have but please be aware that all appointments need to be paid for on the day of the appointment.
