Kinesiology is  a form of therapy that uses muscle monitoring (biofeedback) to look at imbalances that may be causing disease in the body. It can help in a very profound way on so many levels. Using muscle testing, the practitioner tunes into the client to see what they need to restore balance and help them to feel better.

Some of the things that Kinesiology can help with include:

  • Improving mental and emotional health and well-being
  • Identifying foods that may be stressing the body and nutrients that the body may be lacking in
  • Helping to diffuse past trauma
  • Aligning and restoring the chakras and the meridians to bring balance to the body
  • Letting go of energetic blocks which may be making it harder to go forward in life
  • Helping you to feel balanced, positive, happy and calm
  • Alleviating pain in the body
  • Strengthening the immune system

Systematic Kinesiology is a complementary holistic health therapy that uses gentle muscle testing to tap into the many functions of the body, structural, nutritional, energetical and emotional.  Systematic Kinesiology finds imbalances in the body and uses a series of techniques to bring the body back into balance.   This is followed up with a range of treatments which include nutrition, lymphatic massage, emotional work, and electrical balancing to correct these imbalances.

Here are some common conditions that you may be suffering from which may be resolved, using Kinesiology techniques, especially when coupled with some minor changes in lifestyle:

  • Back/Neck ache
  • Food Sensitivity Testing
  • Headaches/Migraines
  • Muscle/Joint pain
  • Tired all the time or chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Stress and/or anxiety
  • Digestive issues
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Hormone imbalance
  • Frequent infections
  • Fears/Phobias/Emotional Issues

Nutrition often comes up as one of the factors your body needs to help regain balance.  If supplements are suggested, these are charged separately.

Imagine if you could ask your body what you need, and actually get an answer back? This in the founding principle of Health Kinesiology (now globally referred to as Natural Bioenergetics).

Our bodies are constantly responding to the environment, people and situations around us. Kinesiology gives us the opportunity to beneficially change and manage that body response, whether to allergens or illness, stressful situations, injury or ingrained behavioural patterns.

By alleviating imbalances in the bio-energy system, kinesiology facilitates the process of self healing. In addition, it can restore our sense of vitality, inspire change, and motivate us to step beyond the limitations we set ourselves.
Amongst other things, Caroline has worked with stress and anxiety, phobias, sports injuries, food intolerances, and children’s health. She is currently particularly interested in how kinesiology can help women transition the menopause.
