With a 1st class honours degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Chichester, Joanna dedicates her time to running a busy injury rehabilitation clinic.
Committed to a patient centred approach, having been on the receiving end of many injuries herself, Joanna has first hand experience of supporting clients with complex injuries, persistent pain and mental health conditions.
Placing a major emphasis on communication, Joanna believes strongly in setting rehabilitation goals that are patient driven in order to achieve maximum success. With a warm manner, and willingness to go the extra mile, Joanna works tirelessly to help her patients receive the best possible rehabilitation journey.

Joanna works with a range of client’s from 10 – 80 years old, couch potatoes to athletes, office workers to builders to musicians. She combines manual therapy, massage, and special stretch techniques to work on joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves. And completes her work with a very strong focus on exercise therapy including stretching mobility, nerve flossing, clinical pilates and strength training.

Her experience as a Clinical Pilates Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach alongside her “hands on work” help Joanna provide a multi-tiered approach rarely seen in injury rehabilitation. With a special interest in the menopause and shoulders, Joanna happily embraces all injuries from the neck down as well as having experience with the hypermobility spectrum. She provides a multifaceted approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation from return to function through to return to sport utilising plyometrics, straight line speed and multi directional speed and agility work.
In her spare time, Joanna is a keen coastal rower, hiker and strength & conditioning enthusiast as well as looking after her adorable pup, Oso!
