Caroline Iafrate

Caroline is a complementary therapist working with exciting, natural and gentle techniques to facilitate change. Her journey started 20 years ago when a course of kinesiology brought about radical improvements in her own life. She went on to train in different fields across the world of kinesiology with a view to bringing that change to others. Today, her own practice seeks to maximise your opportunity for optimum wellbeing, helping you reach your energy potential.

 

 

Through kinesiology Caroline was introduced to the greater framework of energies in the world around us. Additional training in dowsing, subtle energies and geopathic stress in 2009/2010 added a greater understanding of what can get in the way of our ability to heal. Caroline offers geopathic surveys of the environment around us and develops a plan you can implement to rebalance your home much like kinesiology rebalances the body. 

 

Having recognised over the years how much the face reflects underlying stress in peoples lives, Caroline was most recently drawn to explore and train in Facial Rejuvenation Therapy. Not just an Eastern beauty treatment, these techniques also work to release stress and trauma locked deep in the muscles of the face, head and neck. This is a new practice for Caroline, and she is particularly interested in how, if used in combination with simple kinesiology corrections, we can also hope to bring relief to the stresses and triggers that cause underlying facial tension, making the physical treatment more effective.
