“All I can say that I have had the most debilitating migraines for forty years which I almost felt rendered me disabled as made it difficult to have a successful work or home life. They would knock me out for 2 days about twice a month. I had tried everything and spent a fortune on various alternative treatments and was extremely sceptical when a friend highly recommended Jo. To keep her happy I went along grudgingly and to my total amazement after only two sessions I have now not had a migraine – not even a headache – for 18 months. I can now drink some wine when I go out to my friends and family’s amazement. The treatment was a delight and Jo seemed to get to the bottom of the problem impressively quickly and actually listened to what I was telling her. I can not recommend her too highly.”

“I have been a patient of Jo’s for around 5 years, she uses cranial osteopathy to treat the long term effects of a car accident I had. It’s a gentle form of therapy, but for me provides a sustained relief that I haven’t found with any other therapy I’ve tried. Jo listens to how I’m feeling each session and adapts the treatment to suit. She has a holistic approach and will also provide guidance around exercise, breathing and other self-help techniques – I trust her advice implicitly. I visit Jo on a 6 weekly basis and it’s the most therapeutic 30 mins I could wish for – I can’t recommend Jo and her cranial osteopathy treatment highly enough.”
