Deborah Parker is a counsellor who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
 
Having qualified originally in 2016/17, Deborah has  continued to learn and develop to extend the range of what she has to offer. 
 

Deborah uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including humanistic, integrative and mindfulness practices, to help clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviours. She believes in a holistic approach to mental health and exploring the ‘patterns & patchwork’ of life in both the mind and body.

Deborah is dedicated to providing compassionate counselling to individuals, couples and families. She helps empower clients to make sense of their world, by gently and empathetically evaluating their issues, concerns and stresses, with a view to positive change and outcome.
 

Deborah is a professionally trained, qualified and experienced Psychotherapist Counsellor. She specialises in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and relationship issues. Deborah aims to provide meticulous personalised care to all her clients. She is committed to ongoing training and education in order to stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques.
