Working as a kinesiologist, Caroline began to recognise how much the face reflects underlying stress in peoples lives, and she was drawn to explore and train in Facial Rejuvenation Therapy. Not just an Eastern beauty treatment, these techniques also work to release stress and trauma locked deep in the muscles of the face, head and neck.

Sometimes referred to as a Natural Facelift, this facial massage, carried out without the use of cosmetic products, incorporates a blend of techniques, from acupressure  and  facial  reflexology, to Japanese and Indian facial massage. A sequence of steps are designed to stimulate, balance, lift, drain and relax, using natural oils.
In its pure form, it treats both surface appearance and deep facial tissues with highly refined, gentle hand and finger manipulation. Used in combination with simple kinesiology corrections we can also hope to bring relief to the stresses and triggers that cause underlying facial tension.

An initial course of regular short treatments is recommended for maximum effect.
