Kayleigh Waters is a qualified Children’s Nurse and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, with additional training in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Mindfulness and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
Kayleigh is passionate in supporting women who are struggling with low self-esteem and anxiety. Her approach is rooted in a belief that true healing involves nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She will collaborate with you to build your confidence, help you align with your core values, and release the fears that may be holding you back.
Kayleigh understands that therapy isn’t just about managing challenges; it’s about growth, transformation, and reconnecting with who you truly are. Her goal is to empower you to rediscover your confidence, become more present in your life, and step into your full potential. She’ll guide you towards a life where you feel more grounded, resilient, and aligned with your authentic self. You deserve to live a life that reflects your true values, and she’s here to help you get there.
If you often find yourself people-pleasing, or struggling to find balance and self-worth, her practice offers a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Kayleigh invites you to work together to create a life where you feel confident, empowered, and free to be yourself.
Kayleigh has extensive experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), supporting young people with anxiety, low self-esteem, school avoidance, perfectionism, and other emotional difficulties. Additionally, she works closely with parents, providing guidance and practical strategies to better understand and address their child’s behaviours.
