Every time I attend one of our new events, I’ve been so impressed by what our talented practitioners have to offer! I finally made it to my first sound bath with Jhoana Serna, which was incredible. And Rose Autumn’s Shamanic Journey Circle on Sunday was another sell out – we managed to get 13 people into The Studio! I loved Jo’s interactive talk and tasting all the gorgeous food she made. If this continues, I’ll have to give up work as I’ll be spending all my time attending these amazing experiences.
Our classes continue to go from strength to strength, though I’m very much enjoying the very individual attention I’m getting from Kerrison in our Thursday morning Tai-Robics class! Joanna Hoddinott has one space left in her Clinical Pilates class on Friday morning at 10.00am, while Andrea Lawson’s Pilates Movement Fusion class at 11.10am is full. Andrea is looking to add a second class if there is sufficient demand.
I’m keen to find a yoga teacher though, so if you know anyone, do send them my way.
